9. Travel to the Ascalon Settlement north of LA with the new Grentch, destroy all 7 wintersday gifts.
10. Return to Vehemus for your Reward.

candy canes drop from all sorts of monster.

but for easy 'farming' i suggest you hunt the grawl/hulkings/gargolyes outside of the sanitarium ^^;

as for the candysmiths they are all back in town!

Grentchie Wintersday and Defend North Kryta Province don't work together. Termites isn't on the beach when you have both.

I have noticed that candy cane shards drop from mergoyles. There is a crafter now for the weapons at lion arch now for american servers.

Yeah I just wondered that when I did it on my W/Mo just now.

I said he was there as; when I was doing it for the first time on my Mo/N, I wasn't watching GW, but was in a team-in-progress in Bergen Hot Springs, and I was typing up this walkthrough, came back to the GW Screen, and the team had already done it all. ;\ So I just ran about and saw him there, so I presumed he was there, lol.

Anyone wanna confirm were he is? Lol.

Good job for doing a walkthrough. I saw some guy in droks saying "will tell locations of christmas items in quests for 100g per location", now I can just direct the people here ^^

i was standing 'round in LA and heard some1 offering to sell the gingerbread items and a MINT SHIELD...does this mean there's another quest?

Peppermint shield is a reward for Grentchie Wintersday.

Also, I saw candy cane shard drop off Gargoyles when I was farming them for skulls. It's rather rare, however.
